I am a girl dad,

I am son,

I am a brother.

I am lover,

I am a friend, I am a pescatarian and a poet, I am a lover of music and player of instruments, I am a libra, a sun worshiper and a tree hugger. Playing basketball and music are my favorite forms of meditation, I am from a tiny island in the middle of the deep blue sea. I work with the stone people and the plant people. Because I am black and I am white, I have at times been the beneficiary of privilege and many times have been the victim of violent racism and grotesque discrimination.

I have trauma, more than anyone should, but not nearly as much as others; and I was fortunate to have been called forward towards healing in my mid 20’s; Feldenkrais, Trager therapy and traditional psychotherapy became essential to my existence, and in very really ways saved my life. When I was 31, I had a seizure, the second of my life; the first was at 6 months old; this time, I had a Near Death Experience, or NDE and had a very real interaction with God. After not dying, it was obvious that things were different for me and I began an intensive search for understanding the seemingly inexplicable, as dead people were all of a sudden talking to me. That search landed me in sweat lodges and in plant medicine ceremonies in the jungle; found me on my knees in prayer and meditation; led me to certifications in massage, Reiki, and Polarity and Cranio-sacral therapies. And ultimately led me to create an intuitively rooted process of helping people clear heal and optimize, that I call Energetic Integration.

For over 20 years, I have worked with individuals couples, and groups: I have officiated weddings and I have led shamanic journeys and sound bath ceremonies. I have worked with cancer patients, and addicts, I have helped people heal broken bones and recover from surgeries, I have worked on babies and pets, blessed and cleared land and homes. It has been and continues to be a remarkable privilege to support and witness people getting well, people having the courage to become different sometimes in small tiny step by step ways, and sometimes in great big instantly life altering ways.
